Vacation plans change, and so can your style choices. You may cancel your CoreChic order for a full refund if it hasn't entered our extended processing period (typically within 48 hours of purchase). To cancel, email us at [email protected]. Once processing begins (after 48 hours), cancellations are unavailable, but our relaxed return window gives you ample time to reconsider your resortwear selections.
We want every CoreChic piece to become your vacation essential. If any item doesn't meet your tropical getaway expectations, you may return or exchange it within 21 days of delivery - giving you extra time to test our resortwear during extended holidays. Exchanges are available for size adjustments or color swaps, or you may choose different vacation-ready styles of equal value from our current collection.
All returned vacation wear must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached (including our signature CoreChic beach tag). Items showing signs of wear (sand, sunscreen, etc.) or alteration cannot be accepted. Please use the original packaging or similar protective materials when returning items - we want your resortwear to arrive back at our warehouse as fresh as when it left.
For exchanges, returned items must meet all above conditions. Size/color exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return to accommodate our extended quality checks. When exchanging for different styles, please select from our current vacation collection (subject to availability). Price differences will be adjusted - we'll either charge the difference or refund the balance to your original payment method.
A $15 return shipping fee applies for non-defective items, covering our extended handling and tropical climate-controlled storage costs. This fee is waived if the return results from our error (wrong item shipped or defective merchandise). For exchanges, the $15 fee covers all items in a single return shipment, making it easier to adjust your entire vacation wardrobe at once.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14-21 business days of receiving your return. This extended period ensures each resortwear item undergoes thorough inspection before being approved for resale. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is initiated, allowing you to plan your next tropical getaway with confidence.
To maintain fairness for all our vacation-loving customers, we limit exchanges to two per order. Seasonal collection items may have different exchange availability - if your desired exchange item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead. Final sale items (marked as such) are excluded from returns to maintain the exclusivity of our limited-edition vacation pieces.
