    Processing Time

    All orders are carefully prepared within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation. During seasonal transitions (particularly before major holidays and summer vacations), processing may extend to 10 business days to ensure your vacation essentials are perfectly packed. You'll receive email updates if your order requires additional preparation time, keeping you informed while maintaining our relaxed approach.


    Shipping Time

    Our shipping timelines reflect the unhurried pace of your favorite getaway destinations. Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days via standard shipping. International shipments to Canada, Australia, and Europe take 14–28 business days, allowing for customs clearance at a leisurely pace. These extended windows help us maintain affordable shipping rates while ensuring your vacation wardrobe arrives in perfect condition.

    Shipping Costs

    Our shipping fees are structured as follows:

    Standard Shipping
    Order Total: US$0 - US$60
    A standard shipping fee of US$10 will be applied.
    Order Total: Above US$60
    Standard shipping is free for orders over US$60.

    Expedited Shipping
    Order Total: US$0 - US$100
    An expedited shipping fee of US$20 will be applied.
    Order Total: Above US$100
    Expedited shipping is free for orders over US$100.


    Expedited Delivery

    What Is Expedited Shipping?

    For those last-minute vacation plans, our expedited service prioritizes your order through express carriers. This option is perfect when you need your resort wear faster than our standard tropical tempo.

    When Is It Available?

    Expedited shipping applies to: (1) In-stock vacation essentials, (2) Orders placed before noon EST, and (3) Deliveries within the continental U.S. and major international resort destinations. During peak travel seasons, expedited options may be limited due to increased demand.


    Expedited Shipping Timeframes

    Domestic Resort Areas: 5–8 business days after processing

    Domestic Remote Locations: 7–10 business days after processing

    International Destinations: 10–14 business days after processing


    Important Note

    Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the carrier has collected your package. We process these requests with the same urgency as a spontaneous vacation booking—once committed, the arrangements are final.


    International Shipping & Customs

    International orders may encounter customs procedures that mirror the relaxed pace of island bureaucracy. Any duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If unpaid customs fees result in returned packages, a $25 reprocessing fee will apply to cover reshipping costs—think of it as a change fee for your vacation wardrobe itinerary.


    Delivery to PO Boxes & Remote Locations

    We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses, as these often experience delivery delays inconsistent with our vacation-inspired shipping standards. Please provide a physical address where you can comfortably receive packages—preferably somewhere with a view.


    Order Tracking

    Upon shipment, you'll receive tracking information to follow your package's journey. International tracking updates may pause during customs clearance—consider it your order's brief layover before continuing to its final destination.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please allow 10–14 business days for return processing once we receive your package—we handle returns with the same relaxed care as packing your original order.
